摘要

本文总结经穴推拿改善1例肝气郁结型胁肋痛伴抑郁患者的护理报告。患者入院时右侧肋疼痛、眠差，基于中医辨证施护理论，予头部及肝经经穴推拿治疗，并配合情志护理及饮食护理等措施，以疏肝理气。经过7 d护理干预，患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）评分由17分改善至7分，疼痛数字评分法（NRS）评分由4分降至2分，汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分由31分降至19分，失眠、疼痛症状、抑郁等均得到显著改善。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing care of a patient with hypochondriac pain and depression due to liver Qi stagnation treated with acupoint massage. Upon admission， the patient presented with right-sided rib pain and poor sleep. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， interventions such as head and liver meridian acupoint massage， emotional regulation， and dietary guidance were implemented to soothe the liver and regulate Qi. After 7 days of nursing intervention， the patient’s Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score improved from 17 to 7， the Numerical Rating Scale （NRS） pain score decreased from 4 to 2， and the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） score reduced from 31 to 19. Significant improvements were observed in insomnia， pain， and depressive symptoms.
