摘要

本文总结1例抖腹直肌联合腹部推拿技术改善结肠癌腹胀患者的护理报告。患者入院时腹胀明显，进食后加重，伴乏力、纳差、睡眠障碍及便秘，基于中医辨证施护理论，每日予患者抖腹直肌联合腹部推拿治疗，配合饮食护理及情志护理等措施。经过10 d的护理干预，患者腹胀及伴随症状均得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article presents a nursing report on the application of rectus abdominis muscle shaking combined with abdominal massage to improve abdominal distension in a colon cancer patient. Upon admission， the patient exhibited significant abdominal distension aggravated after meals， accompanied by fatigue， poor appetite， sleep disturbances， and constipation. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and nursing， daily interventions included rectus abdominis muscle shaking and abdominal massage， supplemented by dietary guidance and emotional care. After 10 days of nursing intervention， the patient's abdominal distension and associated symptoms showed marked improvement.
