摘要

本文总结1例2型糖尿病合并吞咽障碍患者的临床护理经验。在实施规范化基础护理的前提下，针对该患者疾病特征制定个体化护理方案及健康教育计划，并辅以耳穴压丸与艾条灸等中医特色护理技术。通过综合干预措施，有效改善患者临床症状，显著提升其生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing experience of a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by dysphagia. Based on standardized basic nursing care， an individualized nursing plan and health education program were developed according to the patient’s clinical characteristics， supplemented by Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques such as auricular acupressure and moxibustion. Through comprehensive interventions， the patient’s clinical symptoms were effectively improved， and their quality of life was significantly enhanced.
