摘要

本文探讨形神同调多元化护理干预模式在1例肝亢风动型抽动障碍患儿中的应用效果。基于中医辨证施护理论，综合采用易筋经导引技术、中药足浴等中医特色护理，结合生活起居指导、情志疏导及饮食调护等干预措施，患儿抽动症状显著改善，生活质量有效提升。该模式体现中医整体调护的优势，为同类病例的护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

This study explores the application effects of the body-mind harmonized multidimensional nursing intervention model in a child with hyperactive liver-wind type tic disorder. Guided by the theory of syndrome-differentiated nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， comprehensive interventions were implemented， including TCM-specific therapies such as Yijin Jing （tendon-changing exercise） guidance techniques and herbal foot baths， combined with lifestyle guidance， emotional regulation， and dietary adjustments. The patient demonstrated significant improvement in tic symptoms and enhanced quality of life. This model highlights the advantages of holistic TCM nursing and provides a reference for clinical practice in similar cases.
