摘要

本文针对1例虚寒型老年便秘患者，在常规护理基础上结合中医辨证施护，采用穴位贴敷联合艾灸技术治疗7 d后，有效改善患者腹部胀痛、便秘等症状，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper presents a nursing case of an elderly patient with deficiency-cold type constipation. Based on routine care and TCM syndrome differentiation， the patient received acupoint application therapy combined with moxibustion for 7 days. The integrated intervention significantly alleviated abdominal distension， pain， and constipation， thereby improving the patient's quality of life.
