摘要

本文总结耳穴综合疗法治疗1例胃痛伴失眠患者的护理体会。耳穴综合疗法是指在耳部综合运用多种刺激方法进行治疗的中医外治法，通过每日的耳穴按摩、耳穴刮痧、艾灸熏耳及耳穴压豆等治疗，刺激耳部胃、皮质下及神门等穴位。在治疗周期内，调节人体脏腑气血功能，促进机体阴阳平衡，从而达到治疗胃痛及失眠的目的。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of auricular comprehensive therapy for a patient with gastric pain and insomnia. Auricular comprehensive therapy， a Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） external treatment， involves integrated stimulation methods on the ear， including daily auricular massage， ear scraping， moxibustion fumigation， and auricular acupressure. By targeting specific ear points （e.g.， Stomach， Subcortex， and Shenmen）， the therapy regulates visceral functions and气血（Qi-Blood） balance， thereby alleviating gastric pain and improving sleep quality during the treatment cycle.
