摘要

本文总结1例运用耳穴压豆联合失眠推拿治疗肝火扰心型失眠患者的护理体会。护理人员基于护理评估做出护理诊断，在中医理论指导下采用耳穴压豆联合失眠推拿技术进行干预，同时完善常规护理、饮食护理及情志护理等。经干预后，患者睡眠质量得到改善，负面情绪明显减少。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with insomnia due to liver-fire disturbing the heart using auricular acupoint pressing combined with insomnia massage. Based on nursing assessments and diagnoses， interventions were implemented under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） theory， incorporating auricular acupoint pressing， insomnia massage， routine nursing care， dietary guidance， and emotional regulation. After the intervention， the patient's sleep quality significantly improved， and negative emotions were markedly reduced.
