摘要

本文总结1例带状疱疹患者在治疗期间的护理干预实践，针对该患者带状疱疹进展的各阶段实施中医护理干预，包括火针、中药湿敷、穴位放血、艾灸以及饮食调护、情志调护等。经中西医结合治疗，患者腰腹部疼痛逐渐减轻，皮损症状减轻，随访1个月未出现后遗神经痛，患者精神状态良好，体现中医特色治疗的优势。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing interventions for a patient with herpes zoster during treatment. Targeted TCM nursing measures， including fire needling， herbal wet compresses， bloodletting therapy， moxibustion， dietary guidance， and emotional regulation， were implemented according to the disease progression stages. Through integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment， the patient’s lumbar and abdominal pain gradually alleviated， skin lesions improved， and no postherpetic neuralgia was observed during a one-month follow-up. The patient’s mental state remained stable， demonstrating the advantages of TCM-specific therapies.
