摘要

本文总结中医护理适宜技术治疗膝关节置换术后疼痛的护理经验。基于护理评估结果及辨证分型，采耳穴压丸、穴位贴敷及冷敷法护理干预，明显减轻患者术后疼痛症状，缓解焦虑情绪。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques for postoperative pain management following knee arthroplasty. Based on nursing assessments and syndrome differentiation， interventions including auricular plaster therapy， acupoint application， and cold compress significantly alleviated the patient's postoperative pain and anxiety.
