摘要

本文总结四黄散中药涂擦在1例静脉炎患者临床应用中的效果观察及护理体会。患者静脉输注刺激性药物后，穿刺部位上方沿静脉走向出现发红、疼痛，呈条索状红线，触诊时可触及条索状硬结，诊断为静脉炎。基于中医整体观念及护理理论，结合护理诊断及计划，予患者四黄散中药涂擦治疗，并进行动态观察。通过中医特色护理措施干预，有效促进患者静脉炎恢复，减轻患者疼痛。

Abstract

This article summarizes the therapeutic effects and nursing experience of topical treatment with Sihuang Powder in a clinical case of phlebitis. After intravenous administration of an irritant drug， the patient developed redness， pain， and a cord-like red streak along the venous pathway proximal to the puncture site， with a palpable indurated cord upon palpation， leading to a diagnosis of phlebitis. Guided by the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and nursing theory， a tailored nursing diagnosis and plan were implemented， incorporating Sihuang Powder topical therapy with dynamic monitoring. Through TCM-specific nursing interventions， the patient’s phlebitis improved significantly， with alleviation of pain.
