摘要

本文总结1例阳虚水泛型心源性水肿患者的中西医结合护理体会。基于护理评估，在常规西医治疗基础上，运用耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷及中药外敷等多种中医特色技术，进行中西医联合治疗，提高心源性水肿治疗效果，对于改善患者生活质量具有重要意义。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated Chinese-Western nursing approach for a patient with cardiogenic edema manifesting as yang deficiency and water overflow pattern. Based on comprehensive nursing assessments， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） therapies—including auricular acupressure， acupoint application， and herbal external compresses—were combined with conventional Western treatments. This multimodal intervention significantly enhanced therapeutic efficacy and improved the patient's quality of life.
