摘要

本文总结1例肝肾不足证眩晕患者的中医护理经验。在常规治疗护理基础上，予患者中医适宜技术耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷治疗，借助视觉眩晕模拟量表（Visual Vertigo Analogue Scale， VVAS）、眩晕障碍量表（Dizziness Handicap Inventory， DHI）及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index， PSQI）进行评价，有效改善患者眩晕症状和失眠状态，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a vertigo patient with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） therapies. Based on routine treatment and nursing， the patient received auricular acupressure combined with acupoint application， supported by outcome evaluations using the Visual Vertigo Analogue Scale （VVAS）， Dizziness Handicap Inventory （DHI）， and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）. The integrated approach significantly alleviated vertigo symptoms and improved sleep quality， thereby enhancing the patient's overall quality of life.
