摘要

本文旨在探讨中药塌渍应用于1例乳腺癌根治术后同侧肱骨大结节骨折重度肿胀患者的护理体会。通过中医辨证，在综合消肿治疗基础上选用中药塌渍技术，显著改善患肢重度肿胀，有效降低疼痛评分，提升患者日常生活自理能力。该技术直接作用于患处，操作简单、安全有效、不良反应少，患者依从性良好，预后良好。

Abstract

This article aims to explore the nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine cataplasm in a patient with severe swelling of the greater tubercle of the humerus fracture on the same side after radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Through TCM syndrome differentiation， the traditional Chinese medicine cataplasm technique was selected on the basis of comprehensive swelling treatment， which significantly improved the severe swelling of the affected limb， effectively reduced the pain score， and enhanced the patient's ability to take care of themselves in daily life. This technique directly acts on the affected area， is simple to operate， safe and effective， has few adverse reactions， and the patient has good compliance and a good prognosis.
