摘要

本文总结中药热熨联合气交灸在1例糜烂性胃炎并发腹胀患者中的应用体验。通过护理评估明确护理问题，进行辨证施护，予患者生活护理、饮食护理、情志护理及用药护理等基础上，采用中药热熨联合气交灸技术，以减轻患者疼痛，改善腹胀、焦虑症状，提高睡眠质量，减少术后并发症。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical application of herbal hot compress combined with Qi-intersection moxibustion in a patient with erosive gastritis complicated by abdominal distension. Through nursing assessment， the key issues were identified， and syndrome-differentiated care was implemented. Alongside lifestyle guidance， dietary management， emotional support， and medication nursing， the integrated use of herbal hot compress and Qi-intersection moxibustion effectively alleviated pain， improved abdominal distension and anxiety symptoms， enhanced sleep quality， and reduced postoperative complications.
