摘要

本报告通过分析1例采用颈椎后入路融合术联合中药塌渍治疗颈椎病患者的护理过程，阐述围手术期护理、中药塌渍专项护理及康复指导的实施要点与效果。结果显示，通过系统护理干预，患者疼痛症状明显缓解，双上肢肿胀情况显著改善，术后整体恢复良好，并发症得到有效预防。

Abstract

This report analyzes the nursing process of a patient with cervical spondylosis treated with posterior cervical fusion surgery combined with herbal compression therapy. It elaborates on the key implementation points and outcomes of perioperative nursing， specialized herbal compression care， and rehabilitation guidance. The results demonstrate that systematic nursing interventions significantly alleviated the patient's pain， markedly improved bilateral upper limb swelling， facilitated satisfactory postoperative recovery， and effectively prevented complications.
