摘要

本文总结1例肝郁气滞型偏头痛伴失眠和焦虑患者的中医护理经验。通过实施中医护理方案，包括中医特色护理、健康指导及护理评价，患者头痛症状得到缓解，生活质量显著提高。本案例展示中医护理在偏头痛治疗中的临床价值，以期为类似患者护理提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing experience of a patient with liver qi stagnation-type migraine accompanied by insomnia and anxiety. By implementing a TCM nursing protocol， including specialized TCM nursing interventions， health guidance， and nursing evaluation， the patient's headache symptoms were alleviated， and their quality of life significantly improved. This case demonstrates the clinical value of TCM nursing in migraine treatment， providing a reference for similar cases.
