摘要

本个案针对1例喘病合并重症肺炎、低蛋白血症患者开展中医护理实践深入探讨。护理团队系统采集患者四诊信息，结合中医辨证结果制定个性化护理方案，实施中药内服外用、中医特色技术干预、辨证饮食调护、情志疏导及中医护理查房动态管理相结合的综合护理措施。经干预后，患者呼吸功能得到显著改善，痰浊证候积分较初始值下降60%，白蛋白水平从20.0 g/L逐步提升至28.1 g/L，充分验证中医辨证施护在危重症患者救治中的临床价值。本个案完整记录患者的全程护理细节，可为同类病症的中医临床护理提供可借鉴的实践参考。

Abstract

This case report conducts an in-depth discussion on the clinical nursing practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） for a patient with asthma complicated with severe pneumonia and hypoproteinemia. The nursing team systematically collected the patient’s four diagnostic data， formulated an individualized nursing plan based on TCM syndrome differentiation， and implemented a comprehensive nursing intervention combining oral and external application of TCM herbs， characteristic TCM technical intervention， syndrome-based dietary care， emotional counseling and dynamic management with TCM nursing ward rounds. After intervention， the patient’s respiratory function was significantly improved， the syndrome score of phlegm-turbidity decreased by 60% compared with the initial value， and the albumin level gradually increased from 20.0 g/L to 28.1 g/L. These outcomes fully verified the clinical value of TCM syndrome differentiated nursing in the treatment of critically ill patients. This case report records the whole process of nursing in detail， providing practical reference for TCM clinical nursing of similar conditions.
