摘要

本文总结基于脑肠轴理论综合调理1例风痰阻络证脑梗死患者的经验，基于中医辨证分型予以患者运用特色中医技术，全息刮痧技术与温阳罐技术，结合饮食调护、情志护理、用药指导及健康宣教等方法，有效地缓解患者肢体麻木、高热、纳眠差及大便质稀等症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of comprehensive TCM nursing for a patient with wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals pattern cerebral infarction based on the brain-gut axis theory. Guided by TCM pattern differentiation， specialized techniques including holographic scraping therapy and warm-yang cupping were applied， combined with dietary regulation， emotional nursing， medication guidance， and health education. These interventions effectively alleviated symptoms such as limb numbness， high fever， poor appetite and sleep， and loose stools， thereby improving the patient’s quality of life.
