摘要

目的

探讨耳穴贴压联合皮内针干预痰热阻肺型咳嗽患者的临床疗效及护理要点。

方法

选取1例符合痰热阻肺证诊断标准的咳嗽患者，在常规护理基础上实施中医特色干预，即耳穴贴压与皮内针治疗，通过调节阴阳平衡、疏经通络、宣肺化痰等机制改善症状。

结果

治疗5 d后，患者咳嗽咳痰症状缓解，未见皮肤过敏等不良反应。

结论

耳穴贴压联合皮内针可安全有效缓解痰热阻肺型咳嗽症状，其操作简便、成本低廉，适合基层医疗推广。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the clinical efficacy and nursing points of auricular point pressing combined with intradermal needle therapy in patients with cough caused by phlegm-heat blocking the lung.

Methods

One patient meeting the diagnostic criteria of phlegm-heat blocking the lung syndrome was selected. On the basis of routine nursing， traditional Chinese medicine intervention was implemented， including auricular point pressing and intradermal needle therapy. The symptoms were improved through mechanisms such as regulating the balance of yin and yang， unblocking meridians and collaterals， and promoting lung ventilation and phlegm elimination.

Results

After 5 days of treatment， the patient's cough and expectoration symptoms were relieved， and no adverse reactions such as skin allergy were observed.

Conclusion

Auricular point pressing combined with intradermal needle therapy can safely and effectively relieve the symptoms of cough caused by phlegm-heat blocking the lung. The operation is simple and the cost is low， making it suitable for promotion in grassroots medical care.
