摘要

本文报道1例50岁男性混合痔伴肛周湿疹患者的中西医结合治疗与护理经验。患者病史4年，合并高血压、糖尿病等基础疾病，入院后采用西医手术（痔切除术）联合中医外治法（中药熏洗、热奄包及穴位贴敷）的综合干预方案。通过个体化护理措施，重点强化疼痛管理（术后VAS评分由5分降至2分）、皮肤护理（肛周湿疹结痂愈合）及排便管理（Bristol粪便分型改善至4型），患者术后24 h生命体征平稳，未发生感染等并发症。本案例表明，中西医结合护理可协同缓解混合痔症状、促进创面修复，并显著提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper reports the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） treatment and nursing experience of a 50-year-old male patient with mixed hemorrhoids and perianal eczema. The patient had a 4-year disease history complicated by hypertension and diabetes. The comprehensive intervention included Western surgical procedure （hemorrhoidectomy） combined with TCM external therapies （herbal fumigation， hot compress packs， and acupoint application）. Through individualized nursing measures focusing on pain management （postoperative VAS score decreased from 5 to 2）， skin care （healing of perianal eczema scabs）， and defecation management （improvement to Bristol stool type 4）， the patient maintained stable vital signs within 24 hours postoperatively without infectious complications. This case demonstrates that TCM-WM integrated nursing can synergistically alleviate hemorrhoid symptoms， promote wound healing， and significantly improve quality of life.
