摘要

本文总结雷火灸联合手指点穴治疗1例绿风内障不寐患者的护理体会。本文基于中医辨证施护制定适宜的中西医结合护理方案，运用中医外治疗法雷火灸、手指点穴，配合生活护理、饮食调护及情志护理等措施，有效改善患者不寐症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with glaucoma （green wind glare） and insomnia using Thunder-Fire moxibustion combined with finger acupressure. Based on syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， an integrated TCM-Western nursing protocol was developed， incorporating external TCM therapies （Thunder-Fire moxibustion and finger acupressure）， lifestyle adjustments， dietary interventions， and emotional care. These measures effectively alleviated the patient’s insomnia symptoms and improved their quality of life.
