摘要

本文总结1例五音疗法治疗风眩病（肝阳上亢型）患者的护理体会。根据患者辨证分型，在常规护理的基础上予患者中医五音疗法治疗，以音乐辅助药物缓解风眩患者急躁易怒症状，以达到使患者心情愉悦，提高患者生活质量，为患者节约治疗成本的目的。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Five-Element Music Therapy to a patient with wind-dizziness disease （liver yang hyperactivity pattern）. Based on syndrome differentiation， the patient received Five-Element Music Therapy as an adjunct to conventional care， utilizing specific musical interventions to alleviate irritability and anger symptoms. The therapy aimed to enhance emotional well-being， improve quality of life， and reduce treatment costs.
