摘要

本文总结1例急性期落枕患者采用循经灸联合肌内效贴治疗的护理经验。通过分析护理要点，制定针对性干预方案，结合中医外治法（循经灸）与肌内效贴技术，缓解患者颈部肌肉疼痛及颈椎活动受限症状。在治疗过程中，辅以生活护理、用药指导、饮食调护及情志干预等综合措施，有效减轻患者痛苦，促进颈部功能恢复。本案例疗效显著，可为临床治疗此类患者提供护理参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with acute stiff neck using channel moxibustion combined with Kinesio taping. By analyzing key nursing points， a targeted intervention plan was formulated， integrating traditional Chinese external therapies （channel moxibustion） with Kinesio taping technology to alleviate neck muscle pain and restricted cervical mobility. During the treatment process， comprehensive measures such as lifestyle care， medication guidance， dietary regulation， and emotional intervention were implemented， effectively reducing the patient's discomfort and promoting the recovery of neck function. The case demonstrated significant therapeutic efficacy， providing a valuable nursing reference for the clinical management of similar patients.
