摘要

本文总结1例应用中药膏摩联合红外线照射治疗气滞血瘀型月经过少患者的护理体会。根据中医整体观念及辨证施护理论，从基础护理入手，配合应用中药膏摩及红外线照射，并对患者进行饮食、情志方面的个性化整体护理，有效改善患者月经过少症状，提升患者就医体验。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with scanty menstruation due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis treated with combined Chinese herbal ointment massage and infrared radiation. Based on the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and syndrome differentiation nursing theory， the intervention began with basic nursing care， supplemented by herbal ointment massage and infrared therapy. Personalized holistic nursing， including dietary and emotional regulation， was implemented， effectively improving the patient’s scanty menstruation and enhancing the overall treatment experience.
