摘要

本文报告1例冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）术后患者接受“双心护理”联合手指操训练的中西医结合护理经验。护理团队基于“双心医学”理念，分阶段实施认知行为干预、情绪管理和手指操训练等综合措施，有效改善患者生理功能、心理状态及代谢指标。患者术后恢复顺利，短期无胸痛复发，生活质量显著提高，并在术后3个月随访中保持稳定。本案例证实，融合中医情志调护与手指经络刺激的“双心—体感”模式，可协同改善PCI术后患者心身预后，为心脏康复提供新范式，需进一步开展多中心随机对照试验验证其普适性。

Abstract

This case report presents an integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing approach combining "Dual-Heart Care" with finger exercise training for a patient after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Guided by the Dual-Heart Medical model， the nursing team implemented stage-specific interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy， emotional regulation， and meridian-based finger exercises. These strategies significantly improved the patient's physiological function， psychological status， and metabolic indicators. The patient achieved uneventful recovery without recurrent angina during 3-month follow-up. This case demonstrates that the "Dual-Heart-Somatosensory" paradigm， integrating TCM emotional regulation with peripheral neuromodulation via finger exercises， can synergistically enhance post-PCI cardiopsychological outcomes. Further multicenter randomized controlled trials are warranted to verify its generalizability.
