摘要

本文总结子午流注纳子法联合“泻灸术”治疗1例前列腺增生伴尿潴留患者的护理体会。针对患者排尿困难、焦虑及憋胀不适感等症状，开展排尿困难护理、情志护理与憋胀不适感护理等，同时配合进行预防并发症护理、饮食护理、运动与生活结合护理及隐私护理。通过综合护理措施，有效改善患者排尿功能，缓解焦虑情绪，提高舒适度，避免潜在并发症，促进患者身心康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrating Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow chronotherapy （a time-based acupuncture method） with "Draining Moxibustion" for a patient with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） and urinary retention. Targeted nursing interventions were implemented to address dysuria， anxiety， and abdominal distension， including specialized urinary care， emotional regulation， and discomfort management. Complementary measures encompassed complication prevention， dietary guidance， exercise-lifestyle integration， and privacy protection. The combined approach significantly improved urinary function， alleviated anxiety， enhanced comfort， prevented potential complications， and promoted holistic recovery.
