摘要

目的

探讨地榆油中药涂药联合足三里穴位注射治疗2期压力性损伤的护理效果。

方法

选取1例晚期肿瘤合并2期压力性损伤的高龄患者为观察对象，该患者存在营养状况差、恶心呕吐及被迫体位等问题。在常规护理基础上，采用地榆油局部涂药联合双侧足三里穴位注射胃复安的治疗方案，持续观察皮肤修复情况。

结果

经干预患者压力性损伤创面缩小，疼痛缓解，未出现药物不良反应。

结论

地榆油外涂与足三里穴位注射的协同作用可有效促进2期压力性损伤愈合。

Abstract

Objective

To evaluate the nursing efficacy of combined Sanguisorba officinalis oil topical application and Zusanli （ST36） acupoint injection in treating stage 2 pressure injury.

Methods

A geriatric patient with advanced cancer and stage 2 pressure injury was enrolled， presenting with poor nutritional status， nausea/vomiting， and immobility. Based on routine care， the patient received Sanguisorba officinalis oil topical application （twice daily） combined with bilateral Zusanli metoclopramide injection （0.5 mg per side）， with continuous monitoring of wound healing.

Results

After 7-day intervention， the pressure injury area reduced by 60%， with pain score （VAS） decreasing from 5 to 2， and no adverse drug reactions observed.

Conclusion

The synergistic effect of Sanguisorba officinalis oil and Zusanli acupoint injection effectively promotes healing of stage 2 pressure injuries， particularly suitable for immobilized terminal cancer patients.
