摘要

本护理个案探讨拔罐走罐联合便秘推拿及饮食指导等中医适宜技术，在脾胃湿热型腹部肥胖患者护理中的应用效果。针对1例41岁女性患者，采用拔罐走罐、便秘推拿并配合饮食指导，经3个月干预，患者在体重、腰围、BMI、大便频率及湿热证候等方面均有显著改善，为该类患者的护理提供了实践经验与参考依据。

Abstract

This nursing case study evaluates the efficacy of integrating traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） therapies—including abdominal cupping with sliding technique （走罐）， constipation-specific massage， and dietary guidance—for managing abdominal obesity in a patient with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome. A 41-year-old female patient underwent a 3-month intervention， demonstrating significant improvements in body weight， waist circumference， BMI， bowel movement frequency， and dampness-heat-related symptoms. The findings provide practical evidence for nursing care of similar cases.
