摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗老年慢性胆囊炎急性发作腹部胀痛患者的护理经验。西医治疗主要以口服消胀药物、静点抗生素、肥皂水清洁灌肠及胃肠减压等治疗为主，中医采用中药封包技术联合中药灌肠治疗，辅以生活起居护理、用药护理及情志护理等相关护理，对患者实施精细化的优质护理服务，缓解患者腹痛症状，减轻痛苦，提高患者生活质量，为临床护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient with acute exacerbation of chronic cholecystitis and abdominal distension treated through an integrated approach combining Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine. Western interventions included oral antiflatulent agents， intravenous antibiotics， soapy water enema， and gastrointestinal decompression， while TCM therapies involved herbal packing and herbal enema. Complementary nursing measures， such as lifestyle guidance， medication management， and emotional support， were implemented to provide meticulous and high-quality care， effectively alleviating abdominal pain， reducing suffering， and improving the patient's quality of life. This case offers a reference for clinical nursing practice.
