摘要

总结1例老年焦虑抑郁障碍合并尿潴留患者的护理经验。运用整体护理理念并结合中西医结合护理方式，对患者实施个性化管理，护理要点包括安全管理、药物护理、排尿护理、生活护理及心理护理等。经过积极治疗与护理，患者顺利出院，出院15 d后随访显示，其精神症状消失，排尿顺畅，已恢复正常生活。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with anxiety depression disorder and urinary retention in the elderly. By applying the concept of holistic nursing and combining with the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing approach， personalized management was implemented for the patient. The key points of nursing included safety management， medication care， urination care， life care， and psychological care. After active treatment and nursing， the patient was discharged successfully. Follow-up 15 days after discharge showed that the patient's mental symptoms disappeared， urination was smooth， and he/she had returned to normal life.
