Nursing Experience of Fire Dragon Cupping Combined with Intermittent Catheterization Based on the "Lifting the Pot Lid" Method in Treating a Patient with Neurogenic Bladder
This article summarizes the nursing experience of Fire Dragon Cupping combined with intermittent catheterization based on the "Lifting the Pot Lid" method in treating a patient with neurogenic bladder. Building upon conventional TCM syndrome differentiation and nursing, the staged Fire Dragon Cupping therapy was implemented according to the "Lifting the Pot Lid" theory, alongside a dynamically adjusted intermittent catheterization regimen. The two approaches complemented each other, demonstrating good safety and effectively improving neurogenic bladder symptoms, promoting the recovery of voluntary urination, accelerating rehabilitation, shortening hospitalization duration, and enhancing quality of life.
