摘要

本文总结1例精细化康复护理结合火龙罐综合灸治疗脑梗死偏瘫患者的护理经验。基于精细化康复护理理念，结合应用火龙罐综合灸疗法，达到温经通络、补益气血、疏通痹阻经脉及调节脏腑气机的作用，有效改善脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能障碍，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing management of a hemiplegic patient after cerebral infarction， combining refined rehabilitation care with Fire Dragon cupping and moxibustion therapy. Guided by the principles of precision rehabilitation nursing， the integrated intervention achieved effects of warming meridians， replenishing qi-blood， unblocking obstructed collaterals， and regulating visceral function， significantly improving limb dysfunction and enhancing the patient’s quality of life. The approach highlights the synergistic value of modern rehabilitation frameworks and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） techniques in post-stroke recovery.
