摘要

本文总结1例示指外伤术后患者的护理经验。在常规功能锻炼基础上，创新性融入中医健身气功八段锦中的“八字掌”和“龙爪”手型进行针对性训练。通过评估患者情况，实施延伸护理至居家康复阶段。经过10个月的持续干预，患者示指关节活动度、肌力显著提升，肿胀程度明显改善。本案例表明，结合八段锦特定手型的功能锻炼，可有效促进示指外伤术后功能恢复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with post-traumatic index finger surgery. Building upon conventional functional exercises， we innovatively incorporated the "Eight-Character Palm" and "Dragon Claw" hand postures from the traditional Chinese health-promoting exercise Baduanjin for targeted training. Through comprehensive patient assessment， extended nursing care was implemented into the home-based rehabilitation phase. After 10 months of continuous intervention， the patient demonstrated significant improvements in proximal interphalangeal joint range of motion， muscle strength， and reduction of swelling. This case demonstrates that functional training integrating Baduanjin-specific hand postures can effectively promote post-traumatic finger functional recovery.
