摘要

本文总结1例全息刮痧联合刺络拔罐治疗血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的护理体会。针对慢性肾功能不全患者的病情特点辨证施护，采取全息刮痧联合刺络拔罐中医特色护理，并开展情志护理、饮食调护及健康宣教，疏导患者情绪，提高患者治疗的依从性，有效排出体内的瘀血和热毒，减轻体内毒素对皮肤的侵害，从而缓解瘙痒症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating skin itching in hemodialysis patients with holographic scraping and acupoint bleeding cupping. Based on the disease characteristics of patients with chronic renal insufficiency， a combination of holographic scraping and acupoint bleeding cupping with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics was adopted for nursing. Emotional care， dietary care， and health education were also carried out to soothe the patients' emotions， improve their treatment compliance， effectively eliminate blood stasis and toxins in the body， reduce the invasion of toxins in the body on the skin， and thereby alleviate the itching symptoms.
