摘要

继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进（Secondary Hyperparathyroidism， SHPT）接受甲状旁腺切除术的患者，因SHPT患者常伴有严重的心脑血管疾病、骨代谢异常、凝血功能障碍及严重的术后低钙血症等，手术风险大且围手术期护理难度高。本文总结1例SHPT行甲状旁腺切除患者的围手术期护理，通过多学科协作、专病护理思维导图，结合时辰养生理念进行围手术期管理，成功帮助患者平稳渡过围手术期，为SHPT手术患者的全程管理提供实践参考。

Abstract

Patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism （SHPT） undergoing parathyroidectomy often present with severe cardiovascular diseases， bone metabolism abnormalities， coagulation disorders， and significant postoperative hypocalcemia， resulting in high surgical risks and complex perioperative nursing challenges. This article summarizes the perioperative nursing care for a SHPT patient who underwent parathyroidectomy. Through multidisciplinary collaboration， a disease-specific nursing mind map， and time-based health preservation principles， the patient successfully navigated the perioperative period. The case provides practical insights into the comprehensive management of SHPT surgical patients.
