摘要

本案例针对1例处于恢复期的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿，采用中西医结合治疗联合中医特色护理（如小儿推拿、穴位贴敷等外治疗法），有效缓解了症状、缩短病程并改善预后。该护理模式操作简便、经济安全，疗效显著且家属接受度高，充分体现了中医外治疗法在儿科护理中的独特优势。

Abstract

This case report describes a pediatric patient in the recovery phase of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia who was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine alongside specialized TCM nursing interventions， including pediatric massage （tuina） and acupoint application. The combined approach effectively alleviated symptoms， shortened the disease course， and improved prognosis. The nursing protocol was operationally simple， cost-effective， and safe， demonstrating significant therapeutic efficacy and high parental acceptance， thereby highlighting the unique advantages of TCM external therapies in pediatric nursing.
