摘要

本文总结1例过敏性皮炎患者采用中药涂药联合曲池穴位注射的综合治疗经验。治疗方法包括将中药涂敷于双侧胁肋部及大腿内侧皮损区域，并配合曲池穴药物注射，通过祛风止痒、调节免疫的双重作用机制改善症状。结果显示，该联合疗法能显著缓解患者皮肤损害及瘙痒症状，同时提升睡眠质量，疗效确切。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the comprehensive treatment experience of combining Chinese herbal topical application with acupoint injection at Quchi （LI11） in a patient with allergic dermatitis. The therapeutic approach involved applying Chinese herbal medicine to the affected areas on bilateral hypochondriac regions and medial thighs， along with drug injection at Quchi acupoint. This dual-mechanism intervention aimed to dispel wind， relieve itching， and regulate immune function. The results demonstrated that the combined therapy significantly alleviated skin lesions and pruritus while improving sleep quality， confirming its clinical efficacy.
