摘要

前列腺增生（BPH）是老年男性常见疾病，经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）作为其治疗的金标准，术后恢复易受便秘影响。便秘不仅延长康复周期、增加医疗费用，还可能引发术后大出血等并发症。本文以1例长期便秘的BPH患者为例，通过常规护理（病情监测、饮食指导、心理干预）联合中医外治疗法（耳穴压丸、穴位贴敷），实施辨证施护，显著改善患者便秘症状，促进手术愈合，最终顺利出院且随访恢复良好。这一案例表明，中西医结合护理在BPH患者围手术期便秘管理中具有显著效果，值得临床推广与深入探讨。

Abstract

Benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） is a common disease in elderly men， and transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） is the gold standard for its treatment. Postoperative recovery is susceptible to constipation， which not only prolongs rehabilitation and increases medical costs but may also lead to complications such as postoperative hemorrhage. This study presents a case of a BPH patient with long-term constipation. Through conventional nursing （disease monitoring， dietary guidance， and psychological intervention） combined with external Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） therapies （auricular acupressure and acupoint application）， syndrome differentiation-based nursing was implemented， significantly improving the patient's constipation symptoms and promoting surgical recovery. The patient was eventually discharged smoothly with favorable follow-up outcomes. This case demonstrates that integrated Chinese and Western nursing has a significant effect on perioperative constipation management in BPH patients， which is worthy of clinical promotion and further exploration.
