摘要

本文总结1例老年房颤合并焦虑症患者的中西医结合护理经验。以辨证施护为导向，基于中西医结合理念为患者制定个性化护理计划。本案例证实，双心护理模式通过打破“心脏—心理”恶性循环，可显著改善共病患者身心结局；中西医结合护理方法经济便捷、安全有效，能为老年房颤合并焦虑症患者改善生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for an elderly patient with atrial fibrillation （AF） comorbid with anxiety disorder. Guided by syndrome differentiation-based care， a personalized nursing plan was developed for the patient based on the principles of integrated medicine. This case demonstrates that the dual-heart nursing model， by breaking the "heart-psychology" vicious cycle， significantly improves the physical and psychological outcomes of comorbid patients. The integrated nursing approach is economical， convenient， safe， and effective， enhancing the quality of life for elderly AF patients with anxiety disorder.
