摘要

本文总结1例74岁气滞血瘀证膝痹患者的护理经验。基于中医理论指导，采用中药热奄包联合中药水罐治疗，并配合个性化护理干预。护理方案包含4项专业量表评估（疼痛、跌倒风险等）、3项护理诊断制定，以及针对性护理计划实施（涵盖生活起居调整、饮食调摄及情志干预等）。经10 d治疗后，患者疼痛数字评分（NRS）从5分显著降至1分，Morse跌倒风险评分从35分降至25分，日常生活能力维持稳定。本案例证实，中药热奄包联合中药水罐配合精准护理可有效改善气滞血瘀证膝痹患者的症状，其疗效体现为疼痛缓解与跌倒风险降低。该结果不仅为中医特色护理在膝痹患者中的临床应用提供依据，也为后续扩大样本量的深入研究奠定实践基础。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a 74-year-old patient with knee arthralgia due to qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Guided by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） theory， the treatment combined Chinese herbal hot compress with Chinese herbal cupping， supplemented by personalized nursing interventions. The nursing protocol included assessments using four specialized scales （e.g.， pain and fall risk）， formulation of three nursing diagnoses， and implementation of targeted nursing plans （covering lifestyle adjustments， dietary modifications， and emotional regulation）. After 10 days of treatment， the patient's numerical rating scale （NRS） pain score decreased significantly from 5 to 1， the Morse Fall Risk Score reduced from 35 to 25， and activities of daily living remained stable. This case demonstrates that the combined use of Chinese herbal hot compress and cupping with precision nursing effectively alleviates symptoms in knee arthralgia patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome， manifested as pain relief and reduced fall risk. The findings not only provide clinical evidence for the application of TCM-specific nursing in knee arthralgia but also lay a practical foundation for future large-sample studies.
