摘要

本文报道1例肝阳上亢型偏头痛患者的临床干预效果，采用头痛推拿联合耳穴贴压的综合疗法，并辅以系统性护理措施。通过14 d干预后，患者疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）从6分降至0分，未发生治疗相关不良事件。结果显示，该联合疗法能显著缓解头痛症状，有效改善患者生活质量，证实中医外治法在肝阳上亢型偏头痛管理中的临床应用价值。

Abstract

This article reports the clinical outcomes of a combined therapy involving head acupoint pressing and auricular acupoint application for a patient with migraine due to liver-yang hyperactivity， supplemented with systematic nursing interventions. After 14 days of treatment， the patient's visual analog scale （VAS） score for pain decreased from 6 to 0， with no treatment-related adverse events observed. The results demonstrate that this integrated approach significantly alleviated migraine symptoms and improved quality of life， validating the clinical utility of external therapies in Traditional Chinese Medicine for managing liver-yang hyperactivity-type migraine.
