摘要

本文总结1例抗菌药物相关性腹泻后顽固性便秘患者应用耳穴贴压联合艾条灸技术的护理经验。患者入院后，通过中医四诊合参及八纲辨证明确证型，针对性实施耳穴贴压与艾条灸治疗，并配合常规护理及情志干预等综合措施。经干预后，患者脏腑功能得到调节，胃肠功能改善，便秘、腹胀等症状显著缓解，生活质量明显提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with intractable constipation following antibiotic-associated diarrhea treated with auricular acupoint pressure combined with moxibustion therapy. Upon admission， the patient's syndrome pattern was identified through TCM four diagnostic methods （inspection， auscultation-olfaction， inquiry， and palpation） and eight-principle pattern differentiation. Targeted interventions including auricular acupoint pressure， moxibustion， routine nursing care， and emotional regulation were implemented. The integrated approach effectively regulated visceral functions， improved gastrointestinal motility， and significantly alleviated symptoms such as constipation and abdominal distension， ultimately enhancing the patient's quality of life.
