摘要

本文总结1例踝关节炎行全踝关节置换术患者的中西医结合护理经验。基于中医基本理论，采用耳穴贴压、穴位贴敷等中医特色适宜技术对患者进行护理干预，同时配合心理护理、疼痛管理、预防相关并发症等常规护理，有效改善患者临床症状，减轻疼痛、缓解焦虑情绪，避免相关并发症的发生，提高患者舒适度，并加速康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine nursing experience for a patient with ankle arthritis undergoing total ankle replacement. Based on TCM theory， specialized techniques such as auricular acupoint pressing and acupoint application were employed for nursing intervention， complemented by routine care including psychological support， pain management， and prevention of complications. These measures effectively alleviated clinical symptoms， reduced pain and anxiety， prevented complications， enhanced patient comfort， and accelerated recovery.
