摘要

本文基于“下病上取”理念应用穴位按摩技术联合艾灸疗法干预1例足跟痛患者的护理体会。采用疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）及汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评价疗效，同时配合生活及饮食指导等常规护理，经过两周治疗及护理，患者足跟痛及焦虑得到缓解，该中医护理技术具有操作简便安全，疗效显著，患者易于接受等特点。

Abstract

This study presents the nursing experience of applying acupoint massage combined with moxibustion therapy for a patient with heel pain， guided by the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） principle of "treating lower disease by upper therapy." Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated using the Visual Analog Scale （VAS） for pain， Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI）， and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）， supplemented by routine nursing interventions including lifestyle and dietary guidance. After two weeks of treatment， the patient showed significant improvement in heel pain and anxiety symptoms. This TCM nursing approach demonstrates advantages such as operational simplicity， safety， notable efficacy， and high patient acceptability.
