摘要

本文报告1例高龄脑梗死并发吞咽障碍及偏瘫患者的护理经验。在常规西医治疗与康复基础上，联合中医穴位按摩等特色护理，通过20 d系统干预，患者吞咽功能、肢体肌力及日常生活能力显著改善，未发生并发症。结果表明，中西医结合康复护理可有效促进高龄重症脑梗死患者的功能恢复，提升生活质量。

Abstract

This article reports the nursing experience of an elderly patient with cerebral infarction complicated by dysphagia and hemiplegia. On the basis of conventional Western medical treatment and rehabilitation， integrated nursing interventions incorporating Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） therapies such as acupoint massage were implemented. After 20 days of systematic intervention， the patient showed significant improvement in swallowing function， limb muscle strength， and activities of daily living （ADL）， with no complications observed. The results demonstrate that integrated TCM-Western rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote functional recovery and enhance the quality of life in elderly patients with severe cerebral infarction.
