摘要

本病例为1名伴有多种基础疾病的70岁男性，因右半结肠术后复查入院，后续被确诊为鹦鹉热引发的重症肺炎。临床治疗采用中西医协同模式，西医予以抗感染及对症支持治疗，中医则依据患者病情辨证论治，开具适配的中药方剂进行施治。经过系统治疗，患者临床症状得到明显改善，各项检验检查指标恢复至正常范围。该案例充分表明中西医协同治疗此类合并基础疾病的重症感染性疾病效果显著，为临床同类病症的规范化治疗提供了切实可行的实践参考。

Abstract

This case concerns a 70-year-old male patient with multiple comorbidities， who was hospitalized for reexamination after right hemicolectomy and subsequently diagnosed with severe pneumonia induced by psittacosis. A combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment regimen was applied in clinical practice. Western medical interventions included anti-infection therapy and symptomatic supportive care， while traditional Chinese medicine treatments were developed based on syndrome differentiation of the patient's condition with targeted Chinese herbal prescriptions administered. Following systematic treatment， the patient's clinical symptoms were significantly improved， and all laboratory and examination indicators returned to normal ranges. This case fully proves that the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy yields notable efficacy in such severe infectious diseases complicated with comorbidities， providing practical and feasible references for standardized clinical management of similar conditions.
