摘要

本文基于中医辨证理论，结合现代护理理念，系统阐述1例肝火扰心证失眠患者的个性化护理实践。通过联合应用芳香疗法（气味调节与透皮吸收双重作用）与失眠推拿（经络疏通与气血调和），制定综合干预方案。治疗结果显示，该联合疗法可有效改善睡眠质量，且未出现不良反应，验证了其在失眠症护理中的协同疗效与安全性，为中医特色技术整合应用提供了临床参考。

Abstract

This article systematically elaborates on the personalized nursing practice for a patient with insomnia attributed to liver fire disturbing the heart pattern， based on Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation theory and modern nursing concepts. By integrating aromatherapy （dual effects of olfactory regulation and transdermal absorption） with insomnia-specific massage （meridian dredging and qi-blood harmonization）， a comprehensive intervention protocol was developed. The results demonstrated that this combined therapy effectively improved sleep quality without adverse reactions， confirming its synergistic efficacy and safety in insomnia management. This study provides clinical evidence for the integrated application of TCM characteristic techniques.
