摘要

本文总结探讨穴位贴敷联合热奄包治疗瘀血内停型腹内疝伴肠梗阻术后患者的临床效果及护理体会。护理措施包括中药穴位贴敷（神阙、天枢、足三里）活血化瘀，吴茱萸艾叶热奄包温通散寒，多阶段膳食动态调适与情志靶向干预模式。经过穴位贴敷联合热奄包治疗，有效促进患者术后胃肠功能重建，缓解瘀血内停所致疼痛，且操作安全、成本低廉，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes and discusses the clinical efficacy and nursing experience of acupoint application combined with hot compress therapy in treating patients with internal abdominal hernia and intestinal obstruction caused by blood stasis retention after surgery. The nursing measures include acupoint application with traditional Chinese medicine （Shenque， Tianqiu， Zusanli） for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis， hot compress with Evodia rutaecarpa and mugwort leaves for warming and dispelling cold， and dynamic adjustment of multi-stage diet and targeted intervention based on emotions. Through acupoint application combined with hot compress therapy， it effectively promotes the reconstruction of gastrointestinal function in patients after surgery， alleviates the pain caused by blood stasis retention， and the operation is safe and cost-effective， making it worthy of clinical promotion.
