摘要

本文总结1例耳穴贴压、中药热奄包联合穴位贴敷应用于慢性心功能不全急性加重患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证理论，有针对性地实施耳穴贴压、中药热奄包和穴位贴敷，配合饮食指导和健康宣教，有效地改善患者周身水肿、呼吸困难及乏力的症状，提升患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying auricular acupressure， herbal hot compress packs， and acupoint sticking therapy in a patient with acute exacerbation of chronic cardiac insufficiency. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， targeted interventions including ear acupoint stimulation， herbal thermal therapy， and meridian-specific topical applications were combined with dietary guidance and health education. The integrated approach effectively alleviated systemic edema， dyspnea， and fatigue， significantly improving the patient's quality of life.
