摘要

本文总结1例采用中药封包联合穴位埋针法治疗腰椎间盘突出患者的护理体验，明显缓解患者腰臀部疼痛，有效改善左下肢活动受限等临床症状。根据患者气滞血瘀的辨证分型，对患者进行全面评估，确定护理问题，进行辨证施护和评价，中医护理在腰椎间盘突出的治疗和恢复中起到的重要作用，有效提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a lumbar disc herniation patient with severe pain through the combined application of herbal pack therapy and intradermal needle acupoint embedding. The intervention significantly alleviated lumbosacral pain and improved clinical symptoms such as left lower limb mobility restriction. Based on syndrome differentiation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis， a comprehensive patient assessment was conducted to identify nursing priorities， guide tailored TCM nursing interventions， and evaluate outcomes. The results demonstrate the critical role of TCM nursing in managing lumbar disc herniation and enhancing patients' quality of life.
